 Dr. Harris is the founder and CEO of Innovative Spine and Pain Institute. He is board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Harris earned his medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and then went on to complete his training in both anesthesiology and pain medicine at Weill-Cornell NY Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.  Dr. Harris has over 18 years of experience managing and treating various chronic pain injuries utilizing the most advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques and procedures.  Dr. Harris is happily married and enjoys traveling, watching movies, sports, and spending time with his family. 

Terri has been board certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2003. She earned her RN degree at The Christ Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the University of Cincinnati and her Master's of Science at Northern Kentucky University specializing as a family nurse practitioner. She has 23 years of experience in hospital and outpatient nursing and 12 years of experience in pain management. Terri is happily married, has two children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren, who are the joy of her life. Reading, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends are important to her and make her happy. 

Linlin is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has always dreamed of becoming a Nurse Practitioner to serve and care for people. She received her Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing from Purdue University and her Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. With five years of hands-on nursing experience, including four years at The Christ Hospital as part of the Cardiovascular Intensive Care team, Linlin has cared for critically ill and post-surgical patients. Originally from China, she speaks both English and Mandarin fluently. Linlin is happily married with two children and enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and fitness. In Cincinnati, she collaborates with professionals like Dr. Brandon Harris in pain management, contributing to the care provided by Innovative Spine and Pain Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
